Direct messaging system for important information to application's subscribers make the application an absolute "must have" to both Municipality citizens and visitors.
Note on Location Services:
As part of our goal to perform an awesome service, this app also provides a location based services for fun and helpful experience of Blagoevgrad and the suroundings. Your privacy is our topmost priority and your exact location is never sent to our servers! Instead, when you approach locations, the app queries the server for fun and helpful messages, left to you by the administration. Please note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life, however we employ advanced techniques (such as the significant-change service) to avoid draining your battery and look after you. Also, background location is automatically turned off when you're not around a place that we might deem interesting for you, so check back the app often.
