Indian Biologics Orthopaedic Society (IBOS) was founded in April 2014 by a group of like-minded orthopaedic surgeons in India.
It was started initially with 30 members and the purpose was to understand, learn and disseminate the concept of using orthobiologics in orthopaedic and sports medicine clinical practice in India.
This vibrant organisation focuses on biologics, clinical research and networking. It is a constantly growing organisation, not only in terms of increasing memberships but also, in all other fronts like clinical trials, CMEs, orations and sub-specialty meetings.

The IBOS is a unique forum for bringing together Orthopaedic surgeons, Sports Medicine specialists and Physiotherapists interested in the field of Orthobiologics, particularly cellular based therapy and tissue engineering for bone, cartilage and joint disorders.
