Jaywalk rewards you with discounts at local merchants for walking around, sharing content and interacting with other users in your local area. You can accumulate credits throughout the day and redeem them when you shop at any participating merchant in your neighborhood.
If you give your consent, Jaywalk tracks your location and walking data by connecting with the Apple HealthKit APIs to read and or write specific data (such as walking distance and step count) to the Apple Health App Database on your device.
Please Note: continued use of GPS in the background can dramatically reduce battery life.
