“Accept” the new orders 24x7 & the automatized confirmation is then sent to your
customer in an email and push notifications.
What are the process and business experience?
Once placed an order by your Customer, You will receive a Purchase Order.
Your Customer get an instant confirmation “Pending Order” via email and push
notifications
Your Customer can view the orders on the app under “Pending” section, Or even
can look for the completed order under the “Done” section and for the orders that are in
progress can be viewed from the “In Progress” section of the app.
After the business checks for the pending order, then below the order details, You
can have the option to Accept or Reject the order using your Web View too.
You can control Dispatch, Discount, Transport, warehouse, and all your customer.
Once it is accepted, you can set a delivery time to notify the customer about the
order confirmation & are approved by you.
What are its other functional areas that can be done using your Web View?
Using your Web View, You can Add new products, most importantly Price and set the minimum and maximum quantity of every product.
