The idea came from a working mother with chronic healthcare needs who struggled with the complexity of Australia’s healthcare system. She simply wanted to find a better way to manage her own and her family’s health needs.
Later the idea was further developed into an online technology solution by a group of experienced, business professionals and IT specialists following extensive consultations with patients, doctors, pharmacists, healthcare professionals and lawyers.
