MeetingQuality is platform that measures attendee sentiment at meetings. The results are compared with other meetings in a recurring sequence and / or associated meetings.
Key measurements are individual contribution to a meeting, the quality of the meeting plus a prediction towards the goal of the meeting. Goals can be project success, customer acquisition or retention, coaching outcomes plus many more.
The process is is initiated by adding MeetingQuality as one more attendee to your calendar invite. Any external calendar software can be used. The MeetingQuality attendee email address is specific to the type of meeting that is being measured (a list of these email addresses is provided the first time you use the App). Our server will acknowledge the calendar invite via email and then load the MeetingQuality iPhone App with details of the relevant question sets and update results as required. In addition a set of questions is emailed to each attendee just as the meeting starts and 24 hours after the meeting the results are also emailed to each attendee.
