Use the app within Xcaret to enhance your experience at the park. Check the location of every attraction, their hours of operation, view information before your visit, and much more!
• Have general information about Xcaret and how to get there.
• The app has a GPS map to check locations and mark routes to reach any attraction within the park.
• View what’s New at Xcaret park, Dream Activities, Performances, etc.
• Take a quick look at the details of each attraction and activity within Xcaret, including their schedule, operation hours, restrictions, and relevant information.
• Add the attractions and performances you are interested in on the favorites section to schedule your day.
• Locate restaurants and view their specialties and hours of service.
• Call to book your Dream Activities after checking the details of your preferred ones.
• Find the included services at Xcaret, such as dressing rooms, lockers, shops, snorkel equipment rental, etc.
• Search function. Find attractions, activities, routes, etc.
• Choose the language (English/Spanish) of your app.
• Call directly to the park to buy your admission to Xcaret.
• For an enhanced personalized experience, you can create an account or access using your social networks.
Note: some of the functions of this app will require full name, country, date of birth, and email, plus location data. For an easier login, the app will require access to your email which, store within the Account Manager.
