Diliva is an on demand Pickup, Delivery and Payment Collection mobile application. Diliva is an enabler for merchants SME’s and other users who are in need of instant pick up and delivery service. Whether its an eCommerce merchant, SME and individual, they are assured of same day delivery of his/her products to customer’s doorstep in Lagos and 72 Hrs to any location in Nigeria while payment is assured at an affordable rate anywhere in Nigeria through the Innstapay Payment Gateway already integrated with the app. While the merchant, SME or individual focus on promoting his or her business, Diliva helps them deliver their products with ease and receive payments. Pickups and deliveries ranges from small parcels to truck load of goods hence our Diliva agents can be found using vehicles ranging from bikes to 10 ton trucks.
Access Diliva
Using the Diliva App is really easy, here's how it works; 1. Download Diliva Customer App from Google Play Store or Apple Store and sign up with your details. 2. Login and select the destination you would like to send your package to and where you would like the Diliva Agent to pick from. 3. You will get an automated fare estimate for distance to be covered. 4. Make payment by cash or card. 5. The app automatically matches you with the nearest delivery associate closest to your location. 6. You can track every process of the delivery (from pickup to delivery).
