Vivian’s app is designed completely as user oriented. It supports three different ways in which a user can interact with Vivian. These three interfaces are:
1. Live Conversation: The user can interact with Vivian as one does in a Live video chat which will help the person connect better emotionally to Vivian.
2. Chat: The user can send text messages to Vivian on the app like any other texting app
3. Hologram: The user can interact with Vivian a in face-to-face conversation similar to conversing with a real psychotherapist using our hologram technology.
All these interfaces are developed to stimulate the effect of a trustworthy person with whom the user wishes to talk to in times of need and does not feel that they do not have anyone with whom they can share. More importantly, Vivian is developed as a personal psychotherapist so that the user feels that there is someone who actually wants to help them and listen to them so that they do not hesitate while sharing.
Vivian listens to the user’s feeling and provides positive advice by following Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rogerian psychotherapy.
Vivian’s personality is unique. It is designed unlike anyone else. Vivian is one who isn’t afraid to speak out, yet it is also very respectful and kind. The personality is developed in such a way that the user is not intimidated or restricted while sharing their thoughts.
