Rhea is a mobile application that provides communication and data collection and services without the need for a wearable device (hardhat). Can also be used in conjunction with a wearable device to provide increased communication options. Rhea connects Android phones to the Safety Control Center, allowing video and audio calls well as text communication through the wireless network with no need for mobile data service, which is not always available in the field which can be deep underground or sheilded from cellular towers.
