Tegsoft IP Security is a mobile application for users to manage and monitor their current IP status on their Tegsoft server. Users can check their current real IP status from their Tegsoft server, allow/disallow IP address for VOIP communication. This application is part of Tegsoft Telescope mobile application, without Tegsoft Telescope application will not be allowing the user to modify or monitor any state. After installation and the first run, the app will be seamlessly working background.
Monitoring results can be,
Allowed, means your IP address is allowed for communication.
Allowed by range, means your IP address is already allowed by a rule.
Disallowed, means your IP address is not allowed for communication.
There may be some errors like invalid device ID, invalid server ID most of them means you do not have a proper Tegsoft Telescope installation. For best experience please consult your network and Tegsoft experts.
