FEATURES
Notes - The centerpiece for your information taking. Add notes, share them and then any update posted on the note's activity will automatically be shown in all of your workgroup's Inbox, as well as in yours.
Issues, occurrences & incidents - Allow people in your workgroups to report issues, occurrences and incidents, which can be then tracked, managed and resolved.
Tasks - Assign a task to a workgroup member, and share it with other team members. Everybody in the sharing workgroup will see the advances on the task. Once the task is completed, you will be able to review and rate it.
Docs - Notes and tasks can include Docs, or files of any popular type, such as images, PDF's, Office files and Google Docs. Each note has their own Docs folder.
Checklists - Add checklists to notes and tasks. Request to complete a checklist when added to a task.
To Do - Add things to do as you go, then check them when you are done.
Projects and Cases - Add your notes, tasks and things to do in a project to keep them together, then track the status of the project. Add a case when you need to track and view incidents, events or things happening on your premises or locations.
Groups - Easily create sharing groups within your organization. Allows for multiple groups.
Companion Apps - Postings from all Apptimo's Companion apps will be automatically displayed in your Activity's Inbox.
