This app is designed for EVENT PLANNING and EVENT MANAGEMENT in the CAMEROONIAN COMMUNITY. Planners of corporate, social, political, educational and religious events in the CAMEROONIAN COMMUNITY can use the platform to plan and manage CORPORATE WORKSHOPS, GRADUATION CEREMONIES, SCHOOL REUNIONS, FAMILY REUNIONS, FUNERAL SERVICES, CHURCH CONVENTIONS, WEDDINGS, BUSINESS MEETINGS, SHAREHOLDERS MEETINGS, ETC., ETC., online and on the GUESTS SMARTPHONES and TABLETS.
The Event Planner can utilize the relevant workflow objects including: invitation generator, program guide generator, event photo library generator, venue list generator, thank you card generator, food menu generator, etc., etc., etc. to build a customized event workflow that has all of the features the Event Planner will need to plan and manage the event on the guests smartphones and tablets.
The workflow begins by publishing the event invitation online or sending out invitations to the PUBLIC or a PRIVATE group. The invitation will be automatically displayed on the smartphones and tablets of the targeted audience world-wide. Each invited guest can RSVP online directly from the online invitation. The RSVP LIST will be automatically generated as invitees tap on the R.S.V.P BUTTON. The Event Planner can view the R.S.V.P LIST online.
When the event begins, guests on the RSVP LIST will have access to all of the event artifacts that are available to the event planner to generate the event workflow; which could include but is not limited to: invitation, program guide, detailed and summary program guide items, GPS capabilities the event to venues, presenters notes, the event photo library, etc., etc., etc.
Event Planner of religious ceremonies such as WEDDINGS, CHURCH SERVICES and RELIGIOUS CONVENTIONS can access various versions of the HOLY BIBLE, the CURAN and OTHER RELIGIOUS BOOKS and insert VERSES and PASSAGES directly into the PROGRAM GUIDE, MEETING AGENDA or ORDER OF SERVICE. Thousands of SONG LYRICS that are stored in the app database can also be inserted directly into the PROGRAM GUIDE. There are options to enter song lyrics directly into the app database for assertion into the PROGRAM GUIDE.
During the event, the system automatically displays the EVENT PHOTO LIBRARY functionality in the guest interface when it is time to upload their photos to the Event Photo Library.
Your guests can continue to access all of your event artifacts long after the event is over.
