The last bite of the well deserved last meal of the day was eaten, now the fasting-period begins. But when is it over? Simply start the timer in the "Intermittent Fasting Timer" and you will get a reminder on your mobile just in time for the start of the eating-period.
Which permissions does the app need and why?
- "have full network access" / "view network connections": The app is ad-financed by AdMob, an Internet connection is required to deliver the ads
- "run at startup": To prevent the timers from being lost when the phone reboots, they must be restarted after reboot.
