***DEVICE***
In this section the patient can store all the needed information on the implanted device. It 's very useful in case of visits by medical staff that does not know the clinical history. It is possible to store: model, type, manufacturer, serial number, date of implant of the implanted device and leads.
Devices can be simply chosen from a menu that includes all the existing models of all manufacturers.
***CONTACTS***
In addition to personal data (name, date of birth, social security number and photo), emergency contact information can be stored: Title, name, address, email, phone.
***FOLLOW-UPS***
Record of follow-ups visit and interventions can be stored: Date, visit type, location, doctor. Automatic alarms can be set to remind the next visit.
***ARRHYTHMIAS DIARY***
If symptoms occur, the patient can record date and time, type and situation of the symptoms.
Useful to note abnormal situations to be reported to your referring physician.
***DRUGS***
Drug therapy can be stored in terms of drugs name, dosage and time of administration of the drugs. Recurring alarms can be activated to remind the intake of drugs.
