Subaer; stands for the morning/dawn in local language ie; Garhwali and Kumauni. Subaer Research and Development Services Pvt Ltd also known as SRDS, is a for profit entity. Which will be primarily involved in the development and conservation of local Himalayan architectural art by adopting ghost villages.
SRDS will not only promote the rural and eco-tourism but also try to revive the forgotten agriculture/farming by promoting organic practices.
SRDS believes in that true development can only be done when the ecology and economy both grows hand in hand.
This model will not only create livelihood opportunities (in the form of Homestays and hospitality sector) in the rural areas of Uttarakhand but also encourage migrated youth towards their roots and getting involved towards primary sector ie; farming and agriculture.
This will not only attract tourists to enjoy the scenic beauty of Himalayan ecosystem but also children and students to witness and understand the rural socio economic environment of Himalayan Villages
