Hey, you tired of doing the same old boring workouts? Hell yeah you are.

You want a simple, easy to use solution? Crap yeah you do.

You want it to be free? Sweet buttery biscuit, yeah you do.

This is all of that and free. Full time, for reals free. Not "free" where you gotta spend money for some monthly fee or the meaty workouts. This is all of it. All the workouts. All free. No money. Hell yeah.

Don't have a bunch of fancy pants workout equipment? Neither do I. When I started this I had a jump rope and about two dumbbells. The workouts can fit in whatever equipment you do have, just check the boxes. These are designed to be simple workouts that should make you tired and sweaty in 20-30 minutes. Don't even have that, a few can be done in just ten if you're feeling tired or lazy.

Do you want a shiny pretty app with videos of glistening workout models and the ability to update your status to "Check me out, I work out! #So Macho #Please look at me" ?

Then keep swiping and move on. This ain't that app.

I am not a nationally known fitness instructor or model.

I am not a exercise physiologist specialist doctor genius.

I am not a computer programmer.

What I am is a 49 year old K-9 handler that got bored with doing the same old workout routines. So I can't kill you with one hand, do 300 1-finger push-ups, define each muscle group or make things look super pretty on screen. That being said, I do have to chase behind a 95 pound dog for 20 minutes to an hour, hopping fences, crawling through brush, wading streams and running down pavement, all in the hope of finding a bad person at the end. So I do need to be able to tie my shoes without passing out from exhaustion.

This app is designed to help someone out with getting exercise, which involves movement, muscle fatigue and increased heart rate, among other things. If you choose to follow the ideas in this app and break an ankle, have a heart attack, swoon, see visions, get hungry, maintain an erection for more than 4 hours, get hairy palms, get enlarged breasts, dizzyness, faintness of breath, bloody stool, splinters, hurt feelings or any other mental or physical injury, real or imagined, that is on you. Take some responsibility for your actions and show some pride. In other words, use this at your own risk. For external use only. If it gets in your eyes or mucous membranes, rinse with copious amounts of water.
