Digitizing invoice processing reduces the amount of manual labor. Assessing invoices with an app simplifies the process even more.
With the ProActive app, you can easily assess invoices. You will receive a notification when an invoice awaits your assessment. In the app you can:
∞ Approve invoices
∞ Decline invoices
∞ Ask a question about the invoice
You can approve or decline invoices that are awaiting your assessment. If more information is required, you can ask a question with the option “ask for an opinion”. Your question will be sent to your colleague.
