The BTE app delivers the BTE Practice, a 12 week personal development course that consists of a weekly workout, Mindset topic, and Awareness practice.
The Workout is simple from a movement standpoint and can be executed at home or with minimal equipment. The workout's primary intent is to connect the body and mind to the specific mindset topic for that particular week.
The Mindset component is a weekly topic that expands and deepens a way of thinking in order to action desires for change. The BTE Practice executes mindset development through small, digestible, concepts that provide the ability for each individual to 'make it theirs' and action it in their daily life.
The Awareness component is a way to capture the experience, thoughts, and feelings in the form of hand written journaling practice. In this section are targeted questions to get some thoughts and provide each individual the ability to answer specifically to their experience.
Each of these concepts is created by Bill Anthes, founder of Between the Ears and a US Army Special Forces Veteran.
The BTE app also provides the social connection and engagement to span across the global reach of BTE. Users of the BTE app are able to message each other and stay in touch through a social wall and community chat feature, emphasizing the belief in community and support to help each person in pursuit of their goals.
