• SURVIVOR BENEFIT PLAN : Benefit and Premium
• TRICARE MEDICAL INSURANCE : Options and Premium
• DISABILITY PAY : Based on disability rating
• VETERANS GROUP LIFE INSURANCE : Coverage and Premium
• FEDERAL TAXES : Based on filing status
