InfoBank is an implementation of an electronic ticketing system in a mobile platform. Its goal is to make the process of documenting the process PCs underwent simpler for the IT staff by automatically providing some relevant information with minimal user input.
Features:
-The app categorizes tickets after creation as: Servicing, Outgoing, and History so it is easier to assess the progress of each ticket.
-The app uses a local database to store the status of tickets using an SQLiteDatabase.
-The app has the capability to generate an excel (.xls) file with all the information from the database as well as ability to send the file via e-mail.
-Tap a ticket to proceed to the next step.
-Ticket deletion in the "Servicing" tab by long-press.
