Monochrome is a transport & logistics app for a convenient and affordable transport of either people or goods. Get transport for passengers and/or goods on demand. With Monochrome, you can request any vehicle at a click of a button.
We have a wide range of vehicles at your service and requesting a
monochrome vehicle is easy, here’s how it works:
- Open the Monochrome app and input where you would like to go. The Monochrome app automatically uses your location so your driver knows where to pick you
up, even if the address is unavailable.
- Once your request has been received, we’ll connect you to a nearby driver and we’ll provide you with all the details of the vehicle and driver including their picture and vehicle registration number. You can also track their estimated time of arrival on the map.
- Payment can be made by means of credit card, cash (in selected cities only).
- After the ride is complete, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us
improve the service. You’ll also get a receipt if requested by email.
