Tribes - Tribes connect you to communities of people within the app who have similar fitness levels, goals, and interests.
Workouts - Three different workouts that allow you to choose your desired intensity in which you can select High, Moderate, or Low-intensity level, and decide between full body and targeted routines.
SMARTer GOAL Tracking - Work SMARTer, not harder. Create goals that are: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Based, then Evaluate and Revise as necessary.

The Fitness Score covers just those metrics that are inputted manually or captured via Apple Health Kit such as Steps, BMI, Activity, Body Fat, RHR, Push-up, and Squat Tests, BP, Smoking, Mood, Alcohol consumption, Daily Food Quality, Sleep, and Waist Circumference. The broader OptimumU Score encompasses all the metrics listed in the Fitness Score plus giving items needed by way of blood work. These include Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Glucose, A1C, C-Reactive Protein and TSH Thyroid.
SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS
OptimumU offers two auto-renewing subscription options:
$4.99 per month
$45.99 per year
These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary, and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
Your OptimumU subscription will automatically be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at $4.99 per month or if annual at $45.99. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
OptimumU integrates with the Apple Health app.
