The FinWizard mobile application is a financial planning tool that provides users with the functionality to capture all their Fixed Assets, Investments and Liabilities to a database located on their device. This enables the user to refer back to these saved Portfolio items and not have to enter the details and values such as Present Values [PV], Interest Rate, Term etc. Due to the Assets, Investments and Liabilities being saved in a database, the user is now able to make value projections and determine the Future Value [FV] of all portfolio categories and ultimately determine his or her Net Asset Value [NAV] for any given number of months into the future.
The FinWizard application also makes provision for a number of once-off Investment and Financing calculations, which includes calculations to assist the planner in determining income after retirement from the available funds, and for how long the source of the retirement funds will provide an income before the funds will be exhausted. Similarly, the application also presents the user with a handy planning tool to determine the contributions that would be required to make provision for future Education.
Other functionality includes Financial Statement Analysis, Measurement, Volume, Temperature and Time converters, and a host of other miscellaneous calculations. Various other
