Our application utilizes a website and mobile app to allow you to assign tasks and check on your maintenance staff or contractor to see what repair or maintenance tasks are open, completed, or somewhere in between. This real-time update capability allows you to stay up to date on what is occurring at your community or portfolio of properties on your schedule. This allows you to be better prepared for community meetings, board meetings, homeowner questions, or tenant questions about repairs or maintenance occurring at your community or property.
