This mobile application is intended for authorized personnel to create service requests (housekeeping, maintenance ...) in hotels and resorts.
New requests are dispatched to predefined groups of people: hotel manager, HK manager, security manager, technician ... with real-time notifications.
When a staff member receives a request, he can accept, close or assign it to another person or to a group (GM, Housekeeping, Technicians ... who will also receive a notification in real time).
If no one has accepted or closed this request within a predefined period, it will be escalated, and notifications are sent automatically to the next level of managers.
Requests are displayed in real time with their status: new, assigned, accepted or closed.
A real-time chat is attached to each of them and provides all comments, photos and events.
