We support the Skill India movement by providing relevant job skills to youngsters to make them job-ready and then also provide them relevant job opportunities.
We help graduates prepare for a job by imparting them knowledge & skills required to succeed on the job and then also help them get a job by connecting them with companies who need job-ready employees with those knowledge & skills
We help companies hire trained & certified candidates who are job-ready to contribute from day 1, reduce attrition by providing employees with higher probability to succeed and reduce their hiring cost by providing access to trained & certified candidates free of charge.
The course is a 3-month online course. Every Course has two parts:
- An Industry Knowledge Content where we help students learn basic concepts of the industry and the products in the industry in a very simple language. We introduce them to common types of products, services & companies in the industry and we provide them knowledge about common terms being used in the industry
- A Soft Skill Training Program where we help them improve their soft skills, which will enable them to succeed in their jobs.
We use multiple channels for effective course delivery, which includes:
- Online Written Content
- Offline Study Material
- Live Video Sessions
- One to One Soft Skill Development Sessions
The Assessment is based on two Multiple Choice Objective Tests and One Video Assessment.
