Emergency Box is an app that revolutionizes after-sales service management.

It allows you to significantly reduce travel costs and offers an effective and timely system for solving technical problems.

Operation:

• The customer opens the ticket which is displayed in real time by the hotliner by means of a push notification and an e-mail

• The hotliner contacts the customer in video call or in chat for the exchange of information on the problem: photos, videos, files.

• Once the problem has been identified, the hotliner decides on the method of intervention: sending spare parts, a guided instruction or sending the technician.

• The ticket is closed and archived with the entire intervention history.
