User - Society admin can assign different roles to different people
Login - Admin has to approve the registration of flat owners only after that they are allowed to login. Admin can add flat owners with bulk upload facility and their credentials will be sent through mail
Unit bill collection and management - Admin manage Resident’s monthly or yearly charges collection with details. Also Showing defaulter list with defaulter notification
Payment - To see all the paid and due payment details as well as pay online & offline with receipt.
Fund management - Admin manages all collection and expenses details with Bucket utility charge-Payment detail with monthly Charge, Electricity charge, water, gas, Facility, party, fund, complain raise and suggestion.
Payment Gateway - Admin has the right to choose payment gateway for his society out of the list of payment gateway available
Complaint Management - Admin also manage advance utility Booking and availability.
Privacy - Admin can have option to switch off which bills are not shown to resident ,but for record they have to upload
Society meeting - Manage Meeting Schedule, agenda, close and MOM flash.
Society Document & Gallery - Admin manages Society document with Authentication. And Gallery and Manage the election.
Utility Booking - Admin can add guest house or party plot and a certain time period will be set for reservation till that time residents need to pay offline/online to confirm the booking
Reports - Admin can view and download reports for visitor, flat owner data, staff report
