Mastering the Thai script and sounds is the single most important step in becoming fluent in Thai. Thai is very phonetic so each syllable generally has only one pronunciation. That means there is only one way to say almost everything. This also means that if you aren't saying that correctly than it will be difficult for people to understand you. This app was designed to help guide you towards the correct pronunciation as well as offer extra tools for mastering the numbers and the tone rules. As the tone rules are quite complex, it is advisable to spend some time studying the rules before trying to memorize them.
