Mobile Apps - Mobile Apps are designed to be used by small businesses without the need to use APIs. Mobile UI provides all of the below functionalities.
- Register - Install SalesTaxPAL mobile app and register using a cell phone number and an email ID. It takes only few minutes.
- Compute sales shipping from anywhere to anywhere - E-commerce sale consists of a item source (i.e. seller) address and a target delivery address (e.g. buyer). It computes most accurate sales and use taxes using both addresses.
- Find Rate At a Location - For shops and restaurants located at a fixed geographic location, also can compute taxes using the fixed location address.
- Save Orders (e.g. Invoice Recording) - Allows saving of sale order with sales and use taxes as an invoice to SalesTaxPAL cloud. Invoice record can be used for further post sale adjustments.
- History of adjustments - History of all refund and/or charge adjustments are make available in SaleTaxPAL system for convenience, dispute resolution with customers and other purposes. Each invoice record is embedded with its history of adjustments.
- Refund or Charge Adjustment - Built-in refund or charge adjustment supported in the App as well as in APIs on all completed orders.
- Report Generation - Generates basic reports and available from Mobile apps. Use REST APIs to integrate with client apps.
