Introduction:
Easy OP Card is used as a help card. The card holder will use this card as a cashless transaction in registered Hospital for his /her health check up.
Description:
EOP cad App is having three users Admin, Service Provider and Business Development Associate (BDA).
Admin:
Admin is responsible to create the tariff. Tariff will be based on the service type with discount offered.
Pricing will be different for child & adult. Issuing of card based on the service type. Also the number of card issued with the issued date. Admin will add the Hospital, Clinic and BDA. Admin also view the Offer & pending appointment.
Service Provider (Hospital, Clinic):
SP will add the department, qualification and doctor details. Responsible to create the marketing staff with his/her details. Registration of EOP card with issued date and valid date. SP can also view the information of card based on the card number. Add special offer. SP can view the appointment & view the feedback. Each registered hospital can have business development associates who can promote the cards and sell them to customers/patients.
Business Development Associates:
Business development associates can register hospitals and other Business development associates under him. BDA will register EOP card.
Patients:
Patients will buy the card online, give the feedback and also contact to us. Patients fixed an appointment with a particular doctor in a registered hospital. Confirmation of the appointment is sent to the patient.
