Users initiate their own Company or join a Company by invitation, providing a centralized location for effective and coordinated Callout Management.
New Callouts are simply added to a Company upon selection of a Customers Product.
Users can add on-scene evidence to the Callout case easily on their mobile device on site. All work conducted to the Callout is immediately synchronised between all members of the Company giving key oversight of progress at any time. This encourages smoother work-flow processes and ensures that your work never again “falls through the cracks”.

• On scene capture of pictures, documents, authorization signature, complaint cause and correction notes for full evidence of work conducted.
• Never lose track; the ability to manage and monitor callout responder and scene via multiple mediums and via multiple people within the company all at the same time.
• Automated data collection of precisely how the responder travelled to the call out; the precise route taken, how long it took to get there, time spent on-scene, and return time.
• Data is immediately synchronised for all company users and appended to the callout report and available to print at any stage.
• The real data collected is automatically summed against the company’s billable amounts calculating accurate billable totals on the report.
