Combat Trainer is designed to simulate various punches and kicks to aid in solo training in various martial arts. Kicks and punches will be delivered at varying heights and horizontal distances to simulate jabs/crosses/roundhouses/side and round kicks/etc.
For the more adventurous there is the option to deal with attack combinations at varying speeds.
A timer is included to monitor the duration of your training session.
Please note, this is the mobile deployment of the PC version which may be downloaded for free at www.staircasestudios.com/apps/combattrainer.zip. Other than the convenience of it being on a mobile device there should be little difference between the two versions and I would encourage you to try the PC version to see if you feel if you would benefit from this application.
