PolyCalc lets you calculate the following welding parameters with ease . . .
• ISO 21307
• Single Low Pressure
• Single High Pressure
• Dual Low Pressure
• German DVS Parameters.
This unique app not only correctly calculates welding parameters, it also guides you through each step and dynamically counts down each of the following stages:
• Bead up
• Heat Soak
• Change-over
• Pressure-up
• Cooling time.
The countdown timer is a clear, easy to read display with loud alarms ringing at the end of each stage. It also displays the correct interfacial pressure (including drag) for each stage.
The Hydraulic Ram Size can either be automatically entered by choosing from the Butt Welders menu or manually entered using either mm2; cm2 or in2. Pressure units include Bar; Kpa; Mpa and PSI.
