The WebPunch mobile app is easy to use and will allow you to ask for feedback and online reviews while interacting with your client, allowing you to strike while the iron is hot.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
Use the app to ask for customer feedback; a two-question survey using the Net Promoter Score system. The survey will help you know where you shine and where improvements need to be made. The best part? If you enable the feature to ask for online reviews, your promoters (those who give you a 9 or 10 on the survey) will be sent a Review Request and be asked to post a positive online review.

Already know your client will give you a positive online review? Then head on over to the Review Request within the mobile app where your client will be asked to post an online review on any review site(s) of your choice.
