Daikin After-sales Service provides general information of Daikin reefer unit for warranty claims to all RQM system users (mainly for authorized service centers) through the RQM APP as well as RQM PC site. The system (called RQM) enables you to confirm the general information of reefer unit, and check alarm codes for a quicker troubleshooting.
Additionally, the RQM provides the progress of improvement work per container when container vessel calls at your port, and help you find easily for which container is not carried out yet and can make a plan of the improvement works.
The RQM APP is going to be expanded on its functions to feel more user-friendly for your repair works in future.
