The Realink App allows business owner to:
- Assign staff at their corresponding work role (property manager or accountant)
- Glance business summary on dashboard, monitor live profit and loss
property managers to:
- List properties in Realink for advertisement
- Receive tenants’ applications, then forward to owner for confirmation
- generate Realink code for owner and tenant to link their property
- Archive essential documents, such as rental agreement, landlord authority, etc.
- Receive upcoming inspection notice with pushup notification
- Communicate through Realink inbox with owners, tenants and even maintenance team.
- Take photos, add comments and ratings while inspection at the premises, creating paperless environment.
- Generate inspection report by a click, then forward to owner’s portal for review.
- Receive repair or maintenance request from tenant, supervise and monitor the entire solution process
- Generate ABA files for batch payments request to Bank
