FBC 247 is an app for realtor and builder partners of FBC Mortgage, LLC. Use the email address that you communicate with your loan officer to register your account. You may use the app to view your loan pipeline, submit new leads, generate flyers with your contact information included, receive loan status change notifications, and more!

Login or register for a new account.

Login to an existing account.
Register Screen
Use the email address that you communicate with your loan officer when registering your account. An email will be sent with an activation code that must be entered within 30 minutes. Once the code is entered, you will be prompted to create a new password.
Loan Pipeline Screen
View the loans you are working with FBC Mortgage, LLC on.
Leads Screen
Submit new leads to loan officers and view leads you have submitted in the past 60 days.
Notifications Screen
View loan status change push notifications.
Flyer Builder Screen
Select a flyer template to add your personal contact info to. You can view the PDF on your device, or email it for printing.
Loan Products Screen
View current loan products.
My Profile Screen
Update you phone numbers and opt in or out of email and text notifications.
