An Administrator is a person at Head Office, who has all administrative rights on the application
A Retailer is a mobile shop owner, who actually sales a mobile equipment to a end consumer.
A Sales Person is an employee of RedChillie, who visits all the retailers and gathers information related to sales orders, payments, stocks and other such matrices
A Service Centre is an associated mobile equipment service center user, who caters to all service related tickets from their retailers
A Sales Order is placed by an Retailer, depending on the demand of that mobile equipment in the market and the also depends on their available stock inventory.
An E-Receipt is an acknowledgement to the payment that a retailer makes against a particular sales order number.
A Price Drop is often experienced in this domain on most of the mobile equipments in couple of months, manufacturing companies compensate these price drops to all distributors and retailers in one or the other way, so it is very much important to keep statistics of instruments not yet sold.
Getting Market Stock of each retailer also serves an important decision factor, in generating next purchase order.
