eProvenance solutions are used by the wine industry to monitor conditions of cases, pallets and containers during shipment and storage. eProvenance sensors can be attached to the outside of the shipment or integrated directly into the case to create an "Intelligent Case," which is easily read from the exterior. Using the eProvenance app, you can access the temperature data and learn about the conditions the wine experienced en route to you.
After reading the sensor data you will see a chart with temperature and humidity history, and an analysis of that data. You will also see the eProvenance Score, which calculates any changes in wine quality due to temperature conditions.
