We are Stockholm, Sweden based company with mission to enable sustainable mobility by providing bicycle commuters a hassle-free bike ownership. MIOO offers a bike maintenance program on a subscription basis, performed at our customers home or at work.
We offer individuals, companies and property owners’ maintenance of bicycles on a subscription basis at a favorable rate. Our app lets you schedule when and where you want your bike to be serviced. In the app you can read the service protocol, keep a record of your gear for insurance purposes and much more.
Our unique value proposition is reinventing the concept of bicycle maintenance by finding bike services near you. MIOO aims to set-up a relationship with bike users, build continuous support by Bike Buddies and connections with bicycle industry, after sales and insurance.
How MIOO Works is very simple:
1. You sign a subscription with MIOO. The subscription is binding for 3 months. After that, the subscription can be terminated at any time.
2. All subscribers book a first check / service on their bike.
3. On request, the mechanic is available for booking of service and mechanical assistance according to * spec below. Booking is via the App.
4. Booking is available at addresses according to MIOO's "Work Zones" which are shown on the map in the app and according to calendar and availability of mechanics. All bookings are made via the App.
5. Support is available every day via mail hello@mioo.cc

The content of the subscription varies depending on the condition of the bike.
However, this is normally done:
✓ Bicycle service - Easy service and inspection (in normal use about 2-3 times / year)
• Security control & inspection
• Tire air pressure
• Adjustment of brakes & gears
• Cleaning
• Lubrication of moving parts
✓ Assistance Corrects the problem temporarily in cases where it does not require repair or replacement of a spare part.
Reservations are made on the same terms as bicycle service.

• chain breaks
• Other mechanical obstacles
✓ Support - Support and help on issues related to your bike, you contact MIOO by mail.
✓ Winter tire change / Winter storage - Choose yourself if you pause or continue the subscription over the winter.
• Winter storage + possibility with service / repairs / upgrades
• Winter tire change (autumn and spring)
Spare parts, replacements and repairs are not included in the subscription.
