Road Transport India is an initiative to increase the reachability of government services to the public. Using this app you can perform following things :-
1) Vehicle Registration Search : Type in the RC Number of vehicle and get its corresponding the details.
a) To know the actual owner of the vehicle before purchasing pre-owned vehicle.
b) In case of accidents, hit & run cases etc.
c) In case of any violations of the road safety regulations.
2) License Search : Type in license number and get all the details attached to it.
a) Can be used to identify fake licenses created.
3) State wise RTO Home: Official State online services can be availed through Road Transport India.
a) Apply for Learner's License.
b) Apply for Permanent License.
c) Renew your license.
d) Pay Road Tax and other taxes.
e) Find the current running series of registration number before applying for one.
f) Book a fancy number.
g) Download various other forms related to State RTO.
4) Vahan and Sarathi initiatives by Government of India are also facilitated by Road Transport India Application.
