LENOHLAHLA EMBARKING ON A NATIONAL JOB ACCELERATION STRATEGY in 2019
Our focus is on a national job acceleration programme that will solve the global youth unemployment challenge.
Currently we have 3 million unemployed youth in our country, that is 27.2 % of the population in South Africa, the statistics show that South Africa rates the highest in terms of youth unemployment, globally the rate of youth unemployment in SA is 52.8%
We believe that the unemployed youths are our future, we need to secure a better future for youth through skills development.
We need to increase the rate of youth employment through internships by training them, we can provide them with the right skills. They will be ready to occupy future positions within potential industries.
This will minimize the cost of recruitment for different sectors and improve lives.
Our global talent strategy is to do a talent forecast for various Companies and provide them with internship services.
We will embark on conducting a skills analyses in organizations and identify their recruitment needs
Lenohlahla will create a database of over 2000 youth for the various divisions of our clients. The database will be accessible to the human capital division of our potential clients.
The database will cover candidates who qualify for on demand positions that are likely to be filled by our potential clients in the next 2 years given the growth strategy of the Organization.
We will connect Employers who are looking to source entry level talent to high potential South African youth who need job opportunities to be employed through job shadowing/Internship.
We will partner with employers across the globe to bridge the gap of unemployment.
LENOHLAHLA TALENT APP 2019
We have introduced a seamless job portal system to absorb potential CV’s online.
The CVs can be uploaded online and will be sorted according to diverse job categories available on our platform.

We will do roadshows to invite all the youth across the 9 Provinces to apply for potential vacancies.
