Tutorial
- Before you begin you may want to find a nearby gym by clicking on the map symbol in the top right.
- On the starting weight page, enter the total starting weight desired (including the bar which is 45 lbs).
- On the calculated weights page, weight is split into the total weight (including the bar) and split (not including the bar).
- Split means the total weight - the bar (45 lbs) divided by 2. Which gives you the weight you want on each side of the bar.
- Each exercise can be individually increased should you find the weight too easy.
- You may also want to use a timer during workouts by clicking on the clock icon in the top right.
- After each day, increment the day counter to move on to the next set of exercises.
