Device maintenance service providers can enable staff to access device and job information via mobile phone.
Staff can download this app and authenticate themselves via SMS (staff mobile phone numbers must be pre-registered in the system). After successful authentication, staff can then view and update all current and past jobs. Staff can also take pictures of devices and job sheets and upload them to the server.
Service providers can also send notifications to staff via Push alerts.
