Parkletics is the first of its kind: a fitness and well-being movement combining Parkletics outdoor gym equipment with a Parkletics app.
We are passionate about improving peoples health – physical, mental and social.
Parkletics makes exercise accessible for all ages and abilities – we believe everyone should have the opportunity to take part. Our concern is to build and strengthen communities and reduce isolation.
Science is at the very heart of Parketics and we have worked with Sheffield Hallam University’s Sports Science department to develop an extenisve range of exercises suitable for ALL ages and abilities.
