1. Reserve: Remotely reserve your spot through the SmartSpot App either when arriving or days in advance. Our Parking barrier lock automatically locks a spot for you for a period of one hour.
2. Arrive: Drive up straight to the spot mentioned in the app which awaits you.
3. Park : Press the "Barrier Down" button to lower the lock/barrier once you arrive. Park and stay for as long as you like.
