BioSync is a digital platform and a mobile app that connects store owners with their customers to improve their satisfaction and well-being.
The mobile app allows the user to look up the description, contacts and ratings of a store (restaurant,hotel, snack-bar, gym…) by searching through proximity and/ or category. Besides this, in some cases, the user can interact with the store through numerous requests available in the app.
This app is a plus to any establishment owner as it will optimize its recourses, business management and interactions with the public.
User perspective:
With BioSync, the user has access to the following functionalities:
• Discover stores which are close to you
• Filter the spaces available by radius and category;
• Find the Wi-Fi network of the space and password:
• Mark a store as a favourite and receive notifications about it;
• Check out and write reviews;
• Make requests to the store (for example, ask for a coffee; place an order from the menu or request help when you are working out in the gym);
Store owner perspective :
With BioSync, the store owner has access to the following functionalities:
• Manage clients requests
• Mark the clients requests has handled
• Send notifications of the handled requests to clients
• Send personalized notifications of promotional campaigns and events.
A customized back office for each store owner
Each owner has access to a back office that’s totally adapted to his business. The back office allows the following:
• Access basic information about the space and update it (descriptions, photos and contacts)
• Look up statistics about the space performance (the requests made in the last 30 days, the most frequent requests…)
• Customize request options for your clients
• See the clients’ ratings of the store
