At the start of 2015, Jason Lu (founder) was interested in bringing the delicacies offered by street vendors, nestled in downtown Los Angeles, into the limelight. Inspired by the melting pot of flavors, spices, and heritage he encountered, his interest was formalized into the platform, Eatvo. Eatvo is a shortened portmanteau of eat and revolution. Coinciding with the increase of food services offered outside of the realm of brick-n-mortar restaurants, Eatvo hopes to simplify the process of ensuring and supplying safe street food in an easy and reliable manner to the hungry masses.
